Satisfied with the hotel, it's a great place for staying in Mackay. The executive king room we were given had a flat-screen TV, a coffee maker and a study table. We loved a continental breakfast. Lots of restaurants and cafes really close to the accommodation.

Good value for price, comfortable beds and the staff is welcoming. The dining room was perfect for breakfast. The host was helpful. We liked to have evening drinks at The Austral Hotel, based nearby.
